According to the official information, it has 60 rooms in total; the Double with Shower room is 7.3 m², there are four types combining single or double beds with or without a shower, and occupancy is 1-2 guests. Being inside the terminal building, with no shuttle to wait for and no need to haul luggage, is what sets it apart most from a hotel. The listing of the first-floor public area of the Transportation Center means the facility is outside the security zone, that is, used before departure formalities.

There are no hotel-style amenities such as a pool or parking, so it suits an itinerary of a few hours' sleep followed by a walk straight to the departure hall rather than a long, restful night. With a lot of luggage, consider the storage space in a 7.3 m² room and read the official FAQ page in advance.
One point of caution is that the T1 and T2 branches are different. The T2 branch is on B1 of the Terminal 2 Transportation Center. Check your airline's departure terminal first, and if you need a shower-equipped type, confirm on the booking screen that it is still available for your date. Simply remembering that a branch with the same name exists at each terminal reduces booking mistakes.
One more thing before booking
If your flight departs from Terminal 2, look at the T2 branch (Transportation Center B1) rather than the T1 branch. Check your airline's departure terminal before booking.
Grand Hyatt Incheon
Grand Hyatt Incheon is an airport hotel on Yeongjongdo that currently operates in the East Tower. According to news reports, the former West Tower became a differently named hotel, Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City, on March 9, 2026. Both names may appear side by side on booking sites, so check the property name and the address together. The renaming is based on reports from March 2026 and the information may have changed again since, so it is best to recheck the property name on the official page just before booking.

According to news reports, the drive from the hotel takes about 3-5 minutes to Terminal 1 and about 15-20 minutes to Terminal 2. For a dawn departure, first calculate the margin between the first shuttle and your target airport arrival time, and if it is tight, it is safer to also look into a taxi. On busy days at the airport, such as the first day of the Lunar New Year holiday, check-in formalities take longer too, so set an earlier target arrival time than usual.
